Two neighboring districts

Settlers Green is an outdoor shopping corridor, not one mall

The main Settlers Green campus and Settlers Crossing occupy separate clusters along White Mountain Highway. Storefronts, restaurants, parking lots, public art, gardens, and walking routes replace the single concourse of an enclosed mall. A short list can stay in one cluster; a broad list usually means moving the car.

New Hampshire has no general sales tax. Two focused hours suit a handful of priority stores, while a half day allows both districts and lunch. The village and railroad station are north of the shopping properties, so they make a distinct second stop rather than another part of the outlet walk.
